* Currently I'm only planning to attend Comic-Con International at San Diego this year, though there's an off-chance I'll be at WizardWorld Chicago as well.  The San Diego Con runs Thursday July 14 - Sunday July 17; I'll be there on Friday July 16 and Saturday July 17 at least.  No scheduled appearances at the moment, but if I set up any panel or signing times, I'll post them here and at Permanent Damage.

* ENEMY #1, the first issue of my creator-owned thriller originally published by Dark Horse in 1994, is now onsite.  Also up now: TWILIGHT MAN #2, originally published by First Comics.

* The final issue of my CSI mini-series from IDW, SECRET IDENTITY, should be on sale Wed. June 15.

* I've finished a second "Weird Date" story for Michael Chabon's THE AMAZING ADVENTURES OF THE ESCAPIST (from Dark Horse), this one being drawn by Shawn McManus.  The first "Weird Date," drawn by Norm Breyfogle, appeared in THE ESCAPIST #6, still on sale.

* NOW AVAILABLE AT THE PAPER MOVIES STORE: IMPOLITIC (A Journal Of The Plague Years, Vol. 1), collecting my political commentary originally run in my weekly Permanent Damage column from Sept. 2001 through April 2005.  A 240+ pg. .pdf e-book, it makes a nice little summation of the horrors of politics and war over the last four years.  Plus a special deal for those who want both IMPOLITIC and TOTALLY OBVIOUS, my collection of comics/culture criticism originally run in my now-defunct Master Of The Obvious column.  (June 4, 2005)
